Hello just bought a Russian watch specifically a Volmax Aviator AVW5839G2 but when looking where it was made in the watch and the box could not find anything i hope it´s really a russian piece. appreciate if anyone could tell me.

It's Russian, and a very good choice. Volmax watches are made in Moscow.

This is a part of the Volmax quartz lineup, made primarily for sale in airport duty-free shops. As far as I know, the only Volmax manufacturing facility is within the First Moscow Watch Factory complex.

That line of quartz watches was first reported as fake:

About the place of production, i think the basic quartz line is Asian made. Mechanicals (and maybe high-end ana-digi quartz?) are assembled in Moscow.

Thanks you really took off a weight of me, i would never know that anyway i still like my watch. it was a present from my uncle
