If the Rolex didn't have the fluted bezel and cyclops this would be a little tougher for me... but as it is, the Breguet is clearly the winner. The complication of the Rolex is great, but it seems to "standard" for Rolex and could use a bit of uniqueness.
Have you tried on the Breguet? I'm asking because the dial is incredibly unique and its look will vary from person to person.

if you're buying it with the assumption that you will resell, the Rolex is the smart choice. If you are buying because the watch speaks to to you, I think you alredy made your decision. None of us can answer your question.

Rolex makes a superb watch, but Breguet's attention to detail is incredible. The quality is on another level.
When it comes to resale, yes, the Rolex will be significantly better. However, that shouldn't be why you purchase the watch.
Personal advice: Go with the Breguet, but buy it used so you don't feel the hurt of the resale. Now you win both ways.
