Meanwhile, I can tell you that William Ehrhardt was registered in London on 4.2.1878 so the watch must be one of his very early pieces. (Source: Mikrolisk - The horological trade mark index) Still, if he didn't last all that long, it would also be one of his late pieces! :-d
