I am waiting delivery of a Stowa Seatime Watchuseek Edition. It will not be an every-day watch, most of the time (perhaps months at a time) it will not be worn.

Should I just let it run down and leave it that way until I next wear wear it?

Should I put it on a winder? What duration, what direction(s), what rotation rate?

I have asked Stowa these questions without response yet.

Thank you for your knowledgeable responses.

You might want to cross-post this on the Books and Accessories forum; that's where they talk a lot about watch winders. Just a thought...

Let it run down. No need to put it on a winder if you won't wear it for months at a time. Check the accessories forum for more info on the correct use and utility of winders.

Look at the Orbita Watch Data Base and search for ETA 2824-2.
