I'm not sure what people think about this particular watch repair center, but I had a fairly positive experience. My 2254.50 was running 5+ min fast a day. I sent it to them on the 4th and received it back on the 17th. It came back in fantastic condition. After inspecting the watch I wasn't able to detect any blemishes and the watch is running excellent. Customer service was nice, the lady on the phone was polite and prompt. Just my .02 as I have read of the horror stories out of NJ, I thought it would be nice to post a positive experience :-!

I've met the owner twice (socially) and he seems like a great guy. His shop is only about 10 minutes away from me. Glad to hear you had a positive experience. |>
They are only a few minutes away from my house and I used them for service on a Constellation. I had a good experience and would continue to use them.
I have been doing business with Ashley for years and he does good work. I just wish I lived closer like AAP and Mize.
But he did deliver a watch to me when I lived down at Lake Oconee. Saved me a 90 mile trip.
