Both are from Watchco. Both sell for $150 AU each. On ebay I payed $179.50. For the Speedmaster case back and $41.00 for the Seamaster CB. I think I made out? John Wilson.

Re: Looks like a deal!

What kind of plans you got for those John?

I want to replace the back on my sapphire sandwich with the sold back. I kind of like the sold better. And the Seamaster back is to replace a scratched up one. John Wilson.

Interesting, John.

Here I am enamored with the saphire back, but I like the regular back too. Hmmmm.... It might be kind of interesting to be able to interchange them as you wish.

It should work fine, but you may also need a dust cover and possibly a different movement ring. I've never tried it, so I'm not sure.

Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!
