Is this a Man's Dress Watch as seller states or something else? Should it have a bezel? Can't show photo of back, but it is engraved and dedicated to someone or something with the date 29.08.1987. The movement is a SU 2214.

Vostok was the second biggest watch producer in USSR. You can imagine, that Komandirskie and Amphibia watches were just a part of the overall volume. Vostok produce a lot of dress watches (not to count Kama, Precision/Volna, etc), unfortunately many were just thrown away, not considered as something valuable.

I have one of those (with a different dial)

VOSTOK (Cal. 2214)

I see it as a casual watch
