I have the blue Aquis Date, but I’ve thought really hard about this one.

It’s still the fifth here in the Bahamas, but I’ll jump in early since I’ll be wearing this at least part of the day, tomorrow.

 

 

 

 

1969 Omega Seanaster Day Date. I had this serviced 4 years ago, it was fine.
I thought it was a quick set date,pull and push the crown in After I get the day of the week set right. Or pull the crown all the way out and turn it to get the correct date. It doesn't do a thing when I pull the crown all the way out and turn it either way.
It does change the date by doing the 12/7 back and forth, but it changes the day of the week. I tried every possible thing to get the Day and Date synced up...nope.
I have no clue as to the caliber etc.
Guess I'll visit the Omega brand forum for answers
My guess is it's service time... again

Wearing a new Seestern small seconds that was an impulse purchase after seeing the white-dial version on a WUS thread. (Hardly the first time this forum has prompted a purchase; at least this one was extremely affordable.) Has a Bauhaus vibe like Junghans or Nomos – albeit not as refined – for a fraction of the price.
