It is. Meranom created a version that plagiarizes the Pripyat project watch
I am still trying to figure out how to tell time on this dial and bezel. There is a mix of minutes and hours…

I bought this one from Vostok-Watches24; it's a 16089A Chernobyl / Pripyat (well, that's what V-W24 called it).

I thought Meranom simply made and sold some watches with dials leftover from the the Pripyat project? I don't recall seeing this version at Meranom and I don't think they had anything to do with this one.

The dial on the one I've got is different to the project one and - to me at least - looks closer to the clock in the pool hall (but see my comment below this photo):

It is a bit of a mess compared to the lovely Pripyat.

I agree; the original project Pripyat is a much more coherent design whereas this looks like it's been knocked together in a hurry. That said; when I saw one for sale I jumped to get it.
