... 1927 Used Car Sales award watches.
Shaped like the Radiator of the 1927 Chevy Model AA Capital, Also, 1927 was the first year that Chevrolet sold more cars than Ford (Mostly Because Ford shut down their factory to Switch from building the Model T to the gear up for building the Model A.

Seiko 6117-6010 which I got for a fraction of its value as it’s missing the 24hr hand and outer case bezel. A big part of the fun is in the hunt for parts. Got the 24hr hand already.

A surprisingly soulful Ingersoll! Picked it up at a local antique shop for pennies, purely to use as a prop for a work project. Then I ended up actually wearing it today.

From what I can deduce, the watch is 1960s-70s. 'Swiss Made' on the dial. The case seems to be soldered together, so the movement cannot be accessed. Despite its... what's the right term... unprestigious? pedigree, the watch keeps perfect time (I've tested it for a week straight out of curiosity), and is rather nice looking. Lots of detail, and there is a warmth to it that is usually absent from these types of watches. I was planning to give it away after I was done with the work project, and I probably will... but not yet!
