I think it might be due to the site servers ate getting overloaded by the wannabe early posters overwhelming the system??

The crown at 2 operates the internal bezel, Manny.

This is a compressor style of watch.

Not quite, the bezel insert has age-related damage, but I don't really mind it.

The overall condition is acceptable to me.
