Could be worse @player_one it's flogging down in Newcastle nothing to do but drink coffee listen to music and wind watches
actually I'll take that over painting a fence in the Brisbane sun Nice Timex mate, a great general duties watch.

Had a great afternoon with Vern🌄😎
He's a professional photographer and when I pointed out the refraction and arcs my Invicta crystal cast on the dial.
His first thought was that LEDs were the problem. We can't find incandescent bulbs in Canada these days.
All my lamps are "soulless" LED!
Sure enough! Arcs on dial.

Daylight and LED with a cloth over it...

Looks great! Subdued restaurant lighting.

It's a quirk of the Invicta crystal and my lighting that was a problem.
None of my other watch crystals have suffered under LEDs.

Yes, I saw pictures and love the Salthora! Would trade in a heartbeat 😉
I bought into Meistersinger‘s Spiel of getting a new “sense for time“ but ultimately just realized that with a fast look on my watch I always confuse the hour hand for a minute hand and then misread the time … which I ultimately just find very annoying. But that might just be me. Otherwise it’s a gorgeous watch though.
