So, only a couple of weeks of 2013 left...
I hope it's been a good year for you all.
What about your watches?
Poll: How many new watches did you get this year?
Optional: Post some pics of your class of 2013...

(N.B. new means new to you, used & vintage count)

It would be 8 if Sea-Gull Singapore wouldn't screw me up with their incompetence. I bought all of them except Seiko 5 this year. Sea-Gull M182SKa dropped in a water so maybe next year. Had plans for Bulova Precisionist 98B142 as well, but decided to postpone it to year 2014...

These four:

Decided I wanted a digital in the stable

The iconic chronograph

Just thought this looked cool

Could never decide if my Orange Monster should be on a bracelet or a NATO, so bought this to keep on a NATO and theOM can stay omits bracelet.

These two! If all goes to plan, a Master Control may also be in the works. Most likely in the new year though.

2013 was a fun year, particularly the last half of the year when I went a little wild and added 10 watches to the stable!

New additions were:

Seiko 'Cocktail Time'
Zeppelin '100 Jahre'
Poljot 'Alarm'
Beijing 'Beihai'
Raketa 'Big Zero'
Orient Star 'Retro Future Car'
HMT 'Janata Hindi'
Luch 'One Hand'
Shanghai 'Double Escapement' (incoming)
Vostok 'Amphibian SE' (incoming)

At the end of last year, I had hoped to add a Seiko and a Swiss chronograph for this year. I managed the Seiko, and grabbed a beautiful handwinding chronograph in the Zeppelin, but did not add that Swiss chronograph I was hoping for. That will be my number one wish in 2014... (maybe a Speedy Pro or Zenith EP)...but only time will tell...

Six for this year, but I got rid of some I didn't wear to make room...

First a NOS Swatch identical to my first automatic I bought in '94.

Then I bought a single handed russian watch...

A Shturmanskie, with airforce logo, I always liked them and this I found at very good price.

I also found a rarer silver dialed version, this should be military issued...

I like colorful funky watches and this G-Shock is perfect example.

But I liked this one too and I didn't have an ana-digi watch so...

Then came these 2 (while picking up my JLC):

And ended the year with these:

Thank you! While the movement is an ETA (with which I have little to no issue), the watch itself is really nice. Interesting, but still dressy case shape, captivating dial and day/date windows, good colour etc. I may end up letting it go to justify my next buy, but I very much hope not!

2 for me, Navitimer World and a Bell & Ross Golden Heritage. I might add one after Christmas, but will probably be January.
