What do you folks think of this crocodile strap for Defy 21?

The original strap even clasp set with last hole is very loose on my wrist. Unlike any other watches in my collection Defy 21 clasp comes with two tongues (long and short) to hold the strap in position but loses one stop.

Since the Defy 21 strap comes with silicon bottom, their end tues are made of rubber aswell, so I cannot cut it to shorten the length. Now I’m left with 2 options

1. Upgrade to metal bracelet
2. Jump into traditional straps

Or

Do you know if Zenith will have a shorter strap

What do you guys think?

What size is your wrist? These have a "reasonably short" lug-to-lug for their case diameter, and with the remainder of the strap being tucked under that would typically make it fit smaller.

I've been happy with anything I've thrown a Barton silicone on, they sell with a shorter and longer length punched side, which works well for my smaller wrists, but you may want to consider punching another hole in that strap, or if it's that loose at it's smallest setting, that watch may just be too large for your wrist. I also don't see the bracelet fitting any tighter with all possible links removed than the strap would go down to.
