I'm gonna pull a "homer" on this one, while the OP, IWC,GS, and Omegas clearly are done exquisitely, I will go with my great-grandmother's Elgin from the early 1900s - currently with my jeweler getting serviced but I had him send me the serial number off the movement to validate with Elgin. Amazing that it still works 100+ years later...,,

It's impossible to pick out a favourite.

Among recent releases I like the Czapek & Cie Quai des Bergues. The dial is made of enamel, and its design is a carbon copy of a pocket watch from Czapek's first incarnation.

Off the top of my head the Seiko Presage in enamel is good too. Both are nice with their long, slender Roman numerals. Then there's the Ophion 786 Vélos with its white guilloché dial. And on and on.
