GMT... It's called a GMT for a reason. Bonus points if you use GMT at work as that's what the world runs on. Besides Coffee.

When I get to a destination overnight, bezel gets rotated to home time, and hour hand is jumped to destination time.

Everyone else can pretend.

I always keep the GMT hand on my GMT watch set to GMT. I set the bezel to CET/CEDT (Paris/Frankfurt) as that's where most of my team is located. Leaving the hand set to GMT makes it easier for me to track when I travel.

There have been times where I had it set to CET/CEDT and then set the bezel to Tokyo - but that was mainly when I was watching live Japanese TV - or to Melbourne, when I was watching Footy.

For my world timer(s) - On my citizen, I keep the second timezone set to CET/CEDT for work, and the main hands to local unless I'm traveling - then I'll set the second zone to home time, and the main hands to local.

On my Orient "true" world timer, I set the 12 o'clock position to local time and then adjust the chapter ring accordingly, with the hands always showing local time.

My 12 hour bezel watches, I keep set to local and CET/CEDT.

I keep my Zulu Time set to, well Zulu Time. When I travel I adjust the 12-hour hand to local time (of course), and adjust the 24-hour bezel to show my home time.

When I'm home in NY, I set the bezel for Central Time (even though it's only an hour behind me), because my kid is in school in Chicago.

I want the Spirit Zulut Time so badly. That's just a gorgeous piece.

Yes I’m doing this to show off my new watch but I selected the time for Reykjavik because at any time, I’d rather be there. Any special reason for the time you’ve selected on yours? View attachment 17443617
Singapore. My brother lives there. It's pretty easy though, 12 hour difference from my local time, so the GMT isn't necessary, really.

My GMT hand is set to whatever time the power reserve ended after the last time I wore it. I almost never utilize or reset the GMT hand: I just bought the watch because I liked how it looks. To anyone with severe OCD who sees pictures of my GMT watches, I apologize.
