That's not the dumbest thing I've ever heard, but it's close.

Better how? I can get a watch that's more accurate, more durable, with longer power reserve, goes longer between needing services, etc. I'm not bashing Rolex; I have one (and have had others), and I like them...but they're only "the best" if the name is the only thing that matters to you. If you took a Rolex and sold it as a "Stevens", it'd be a $1000 watch.

The problem with YouTube and Podcasts is it gives everyone a soapbox to say the most stupid stuff from. Ultimately, who cares about what he has to say, or what he has said? I sure don’t. He’s just some random guy on the internet.

 

And that's all it is, one dude's opinion. Who cares? Rolex fanboys and bashers are equally nuts.

Rolex is a good watch. Can’t go wrong if you buy one. It’s kinda like buying a Toyota Avalon.

The AR coating is a fair point. The Sinn bracelet deserves a better clasp.
