Comfortable G-Shock (for smaller wrists)?

I'm not saying they're all uncomfortable, but I'm obviously getting older, and more and more watches feel uncomfortable to my skin.

Though I am using adapters for my G-Shock 9200 "Riseman", I wondered if there are stock G-Shocks that are more comfortable than my G-Shock 5610 and that aren't obnoxiously large (=preferably a different square). The "serrations" near the pins feel like they are digging into the bone.

Barton has one for G-Shocks, so no modification necessary.
