Dealing with knit cuffs?

My search came up with people wearing watches under dress shirt cuff, but how do you guys deal with knit cuffs? With the cold weather, I've been wearing a lot of sweatshirts. As trivial as it may sound, I am having issues wearing my watch with these knitted cuffs. Either it is directly under the cuff stretching it out, or winds up too forward and pushing against my hand. If I loosen the strap and let it ride higher up my arm it likes to flop around then winds up loose under the cuff, then migrates beyond it to be pushed against my hand anyway. I've resorted to wearing the watch strapped over the cuff. :rodekaart

Just wondering if this bothers anyone else and what they do.

You've GOT to be kidding me! .... Never in my life have I ever heard such!

You must be a young millennial because only millennials could possibly have such a damn crazy problem like that.

My advice .... stop wearing tight sweaters (and skinny jeans, too, for that matter).

Honestly, I feel like I must be on one of those PUNKED tv shows.

So let me get this right that stretchy stuff that makes up the end of the sleeve of your sweat shirt stretches too much?

Since you are able to attach it outside the sleeve your wrists can't be very big, since I could never do that with any band I own, tighten the strap on your wrist and wear your sweatshirt, you sure can't be stretching it too much, with any watch.

As far as stretching, it's a freaking sweatshirt, in your entire life you never pulled up your cuffs towards your elbows? Seriously, wearing it attached to the cuff? Try that look and this question at a football game. Ask the refs (they wear watches) it should make for a great moment.

Good luck in solving how to fit something under something that stretches.

Just giving some tough love mpalmer to a 46 year old. Was at the football game yesterday, lots of big watches and sweatshirts, no one was wearing their watch like they were on a lunar EVA or on a dive.

But hey if this is really a "thing," I'll follow this thread tonight while wearing a g-shock and a sweatshirt, just like yesterday, waiting for the solution.
