Simple Question:
Do you sleep with a watch on?

Not anymore. I've done it the odd time or two while camping, and at home just for the novelty of it ("This watch is so comfortable I could sleep in it!"), but in practical terms placing it next to my bed is better: I can still check the time easily enough, and my wrist gets to take a break. :)

Every night, usually.

Same here, although I mostly use mine as my alarm clock. Turns out that tapping my wrist works better than a noisy desk clock to wake me up.

Before that, I started wearing my watches to bed when I noticed that I could see their lume at zero-dark-early in the morning. It helped me see what time it really was, because I'm so nearsighted that I can't see a bedside clock, and I had a tendency to hit snooze too many times (or just switch off the alarm completely by mistake).

No, I tend not to look at my watch when I’m asleep. I’m known to take things off while asleep and tossing them across the room. I broke a few retainers for my teeth in my sleep as a kid. Plus, I would probably hurt my wife by whacking her in the head with it, getting me in all sorts of trouble. Not worth the risk... I may end up with one less watch due to a collision with a wall or a divorce. Not liking the odds.
