Yes, GMT bracelet can be adjusted by 5mm. The end of the bracelet kind of “folds in” and clicks into the clasp for the tighter fit and just pulls out and unfolds for the loose setting. No tools required. There are only 2 settings as opposed to multiple like in the Submariner glidelock clasp.

 

Apologies, just realised you already knew what I said and wanted to know if there was any additional adjustment! There isn’t, except removing a link of course but that’s not “micro”.

 

I tried on today friends BLNR and immediately fell in love and started thinking if I should "consolidate" and move Panerai and BB eta to go for the batman.

However, having 8" wrist that changes diameter a lot hot/cold I wanted to check on the ways to adjust the bracelet.

My friends watch I could put on but was just a little bit too tight. If I open easylink then it was way to sloppy but on a really hot day that would be it.

Is there any other micro adjustment thet can be done to extend just slightly?

There are 3 small micro adjustments on the inside of the clasp, which allow you to adjust the bracelet by about 3mm. So along with the 5mm easylink, you have a few different options. Check which hole is being used in the clasp.

Changing the micro adjustment in the clasp is best done with the double pronged Bergeon tool. I would take it to an AD to avoid scratching up the clasp if you don't have one available.

I am in the same boat trying to get perfect fit on the BLNR bracelet... need to visit my AD this weekend to fiddle around with the micro adjustments. Good luck!

I dont remember seeing the micro adjustment holes and AD has no stock of gmt masters.

Yes, there are three micro adjustment positions in the bracelet, each spaced 1/3rd of a link a little over 3mm apart). Once you get you bracelet adjusted, the 5mm Easylink is a lifesaver on hot humid days. I use it regularly in the summer.

I took a better look now and indeed there are three micro adjustment holes plus the easylink. The watch I tried was on the middle one so last one will be perfect for me

Rolex will not sell you just the clasp, and may refuse to service your bracelet if you modify it. But you can buy aftermarket - let's be generous and call them "homages" - of the glidelock, if that's really what you want to do.

I have 8" wrists and always add TWO full size links and then have the small fixed spacing as well as the 5mm easy link.
