Got suckered by the bay ... again! 7N36 replacement anyone?

Needed badly a replacement 7N36 movement and ended up at the bay and bought a replacement VX33 from jandkwatches. Boy was that a mistake! movement arrived and found out the day wheel won't move and of course no refund or exchange.... and the seller is trying to tell me, "trust me it works, it must be something you did!" WOW!

I'll have to chalk it down to experience ... again... never buy a movement from the bay! LOL.

So anyone got a NOS or used 7N36 movement they want to part with?

According to jandkwatches return policy:

Return Policy:We will refund full dollar amount of the item minus shipping charges if the item received is not as described in auction. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt date. All electronic items; such as batteries, quartz movements and testers are not available for return/refund however these items are QC tested and to ensure proper functionality prior to shipment.

Supposedly not availble for refund or return because its "QC tested"... I have my doubts... I shouldn't have bought it off the bay.
