Hi All

I currently have a GW-M5600BC which I'm pretty pleased with. I've been toying with the idea of purchasing a GW-5000. Can anybody tell me if the GW-5000 is exactly the same size as the 5600 or is it, as I suspect, a bit bigger.

Bigger would be good as whenever I wear my G-Shock after my Deepsea it seems very small!

Thanks in advance :)

I do not actually have the GW-M5600BC, but I do have the GW5000. I think their sizes are either equal, or, they are so close as to need a micrometer to tell the difference. I know that all three of my 5000 series watches are the same size, to the naked eye: DW5600C-9v, GW5000-1JF, G5600-1JF

the spec are as follows,
GW-M5600: 46.7 x 43.2 x 12.7 mm, 51.7g
GW-5000 : 48.9 x 42.8 x 13.5 mm, 73.8g

i believe the GW-M5600 should be the same size as GW-M5600BC (BC version is 101.3g), and the new GW-S5600 is also the same size as GW-M5600.
i have swapped the GW-M5600's strap and bezel with the GW-S5600,

below is a pic for the modified "GW-S5600" and GW-5000,

+1 - I was going to say the 5000 would be slightly thicker on the wrist due to the screwback and slightly thicker steel case.
