Hey everyone, first post is inquisitive but that is why I am here. I found this forum while searching (again) for information on my watch.

I bought this watch back in 2004-2005 I believe. I purchased it at Sunglass Hut/Watch Station. I don’t spend too much money on watches and this is the most expensive one I have purchased. I prefer inexpensive robust watches, and usually wear casios. But I have a soft spot for dive watches and when my freestyle shark x kicked the bucket I went hunting and found this. At the time I paid between $275 and $475 (I can’t remember I just remember it being $x75, and it was expensive for me at the time). It is stainless steel and It has a tachymeter, tide height, tide range, lunar phase, date, analog hands. It also has a screw down crown and a screw in back plate. It is marked “200 meters” and “swiss movt” on the face.

My curiosity started when I lost the owners manual. I could not remember how to set all the dials, and I turned to the internet and searched with no luck. Eventually I called Arnette and they could tell me nothing either. I gave up and thought I must of been the only person who purchased this watch.

Luckily for me I found the original box and owners manual and have been wearing it happily since. The battery died so I am replacing that today, and trying to polish a scratch out of the crystal. I’m hoping the band does not become brittle because I am fond of the way it fits.

The model number is “ar2026”

Thanks for any information, I look forward to it.
