How long did the battery (not solar / eco-drive) last on your 3-hand quartz watch, e.g. Casio Duro MDV106 or the likes

Please share your experience!
I've limited the post's objective to 3-hand watches to ensure that no additional functions beside the time keeping will consume and shorten the basic battery life.
If it's below 3 years run time please also add the model of the watch.
Thanks and happy polling!

It varies greatly, none of my quartz watch has a battery that lasts as long as specified by the manufacturer.

Around 2 yrs for the Duro, but it only has a low mAh 626 batt. It was one of the things i didn't like about it.
Edifice mostly use a bigger 927 batt, i used to get around 3.5 to 4 yrs from them.
I mostly have solar these days, but have a couple of G Shocks that use CR2025 and CR2032 batts. I expect to get around 10 years from these. Same with a Casio AE-2000 i have.
Really, i'm only interested in solar and autos now.

How often you use any backlight or chronograph will obviously have an impact on batt life.
I remember i had a ana/digi G Shock, a G-100, that i wore to work for 11 years. It only took 2 small button cells, but it was still on its original batts when i retired it after 11 years. Only the backlight was getting dim.

Besides the movement, the hand size also plays a role i think, if the hands are smaller/lighter, it will also use less energy to keep it going.
I've got a small 7N43 powered Seiko, that needs a battery about every 6-7 years on average.
The hour hand on it is about as big as the second hand in my tuna, so that puts it a bit in perspective for size.

Real-life case study.

My Victorinox watch has the Ronda 715 movement with manufacturer-rated battery life of 60 months (F.I.V.E years).

Strange enough, whatever battery brand I used, be it Sony, Panasonic, Varta... Even with a excellent expiration date, the EOL indicator on the watch always kicks on at the third year, sometime sooner.
