This looks pretty bad. There's no way this is genuine Omega.

If you've ever handled a real Omega, one glance will tell you this is a very poor fake

 

Overall quality makes me think it's not real:
1) water30Mresist and QUARTZ printing looks bad
2) date plate is misaligned
3) 6 and 12 o'clock indices look misaligned
4) case beck SWISS engraving
5) bracelet and case - probably pretend to be titanium and gold, but it's probably not even plated, only painted and the paint came off

This Omega is definitely fake, there was never a model that looked like this.
