Based of of the outfit being worn, I'm assuming OP and his sister are Indian (it looks like a Sari). If so, is she in the USA as you are OP? If she's not, and she's from India, that probably rules out Invicta just on the basis that it isn't a particularly common brand in that neck of the woods.
