Can anyone explain to me what the difference between a meca-quartz chronograph and regular quartz chronograph is? And why I would want to choose one over the other?
I'm thinking of adding my very first chronograph to my collection and it is going to be quartz. Seiko has a nice selection and the SBB-series are said to be the meca-quartz while the others are regular quartz versions.
