Omega cal. 8800 - did someone experienced need of service?

The Omega 8800 caliber was introduced some 5 years ago. Did someone already faced the need to service a watch with this caliber? With the claim that the service intervals should be much longer, I expect that the first watches should go to service center in 3-5 years from now. Too optimistic?

P.S. I have found the clear statement from Omega - advised 7-8 years:

I bought mine last year and I intend to send it in for maintenance when it's 5 years old. I would be surprised if it started showing problems before then, though.

My expectations are more or less the same, but wanted to get some "statistical data". I had a neighbour who was once a watchmaker at Maurice Lacroix, and I asked him about those 3-5 years service intervals for the watches. He told me - the watch will tell you when to service - if it loses accuracy or power reserve, service it. If not - don't touch!

I bought my Diver 300 with the 8800 movement in 2020 and don’t plan to have it serviced for minimum 10 years. I have a feeling it will be longer than that. It’s an excellent movement. Very robust and I haven’t seen anyone report issues. I’m sure there are anecdotes here or there, but it seems to be a movement that is holding up extremely well. Mine works as advertised.
