Panerai lug to lug dimensions?

It's extremely difficult to find a reliable source for Panerai lug to lug dimensions. I used to own a 44mm PAM 233 but found the lug to lug too large. I was wondering if a 45mm Radiomir might actually be smaller lug to lug? Do the Luminor and 1950 44mm cases have a different lug to lug measurements?

The 45mm Radiomirs certainly seem to wear smaller than the 44m Panerais, but I think that's more due to the different thicknesses of the watches rather than the lug-to-lug measurements. The 44mm Luminors overall are probably a bit longer, but if you're measuring from where the straps attach they're similar. But most Luminors are thicker than at least some of the wire lugged Radiomirs. For me, a thicker watch has more to do with it feeling overly large than the diameter.
