PRC 200 Automatic - What do the red numbers by some days mean?

When setting the day on a PRC 200 auto, I see that some days have red numbers by them. e.g. there is a Mon, and another Mon preceded by a number. Same for the other days. What is the meaning? I thought it might be something like "first Monday of the month" or something. Or first day of week vs last?

That's the day number in a week (1-7), Mon = 1, Tue = 2... it's very usefull in many countries where the week starts on Monday or they simply don't use English day.

Tissot is one of rare brands that offer watches with this feature.

Hi guys, I'm looking at purchasing a Tissot PRC200 automatic, non chrono, and the picture of it shows the red number which proceeds the day. Is there a way to set the day so that there is no red number before the day? I preferr just the day showing, looks a bit too complicated otherwise.

Cheers
