Picked up those recently brand new, noticed that when adjusting time there's some play in the hands assembly, a millimeter or so, both hands move at the same time.
I have to push them back when setting time to make sure minute hand lands correctly at markings.
Should this be a concern?

Most watches do this. Just set it ahead of the time and then roll it back to make sure the cannon pinion friction moves everything correctly. I set all of my watches this way. I wouldn't worry about it.

Checked my Certina powermatic 80 and my quartz Seiko - Seiko doesn't have any play at all, Certina barely any, may be 0.2 mm. So this might be a "feature" of the Rado chronograph, I guess it's 7750 based...
Does any one know which movement this watch use specifically? Rado refers to it as 03.603.011
