SARX041 vs. SPB039J1...is there a difference?

A quick follow-up question: Does the Japanese coding (SARX041) indicate that the watch was produced in Japan, whereas the international one (SPB039J1) indicates that it was produced elsewhere? Is there any significance at all to these different codes, to make one more ideal to collectors than the other?

Thanks in advance again everyone!

I really don't think the SARX041 and SPB039 are the same watch. I briefly looked at a pair which I'm fairly sure are these watches (I didn't see paperwork on which actual references they were) at a jeweler in Melbourne on a recent trip. Certainly the price relativity was maintained, with the SARX041 being considerably more expensive. While I didn't spend a huge amount of time on them, the dial texture between the two looked different, the fit and finish on the SARX did seem a bit better and I suspect (though I'm not sure) that the SARX has a diashield treatment against scratching. The jeweler was having a closing down sale (it seemed not a fake one, as with Turkish rug merchants, but preparatory to moving locations). However, they weren't closing down enough to offer me a truly compelling deal. (I wasn't looking specifically for these watches, but they were among some I looked at.)
