If you travel to Frankfurt it would be unfortunate to miss visiting the
Sinn factory. Here is my suggestion.

Leave enough time to visit Sinn and view every watch, even if you
think you already have chosen your model.

If you purchase, complete the paper work for Sinn to refund the VAT
when you leave the EU with your new watch.

Post photos here after you return home.

The U1 is a good choice. However, if your shirts have tight cuffs
getting the cuff to slip over the watch may present a challenge.
I suggest you test that when you try on the watch. Here is the

Visit Sinn factory, if you can.
There are all of the Models with all different bracelets, and the Sinn-People are very kind and helpful.

 

I brought my 856utc direct from Sinn factory. It was extremely difficult walking out with just one watch for myself. I walked out with two Sinn that day, the 856utc and a 243TiW for my wife. At the factory you get to see and try every single Sinn, plus different strap combinations. Well worth the trip, plus if they have it available you get a hard copy of Sinn catalog for free with your purchase.
