It would be a shame if the owners manual didn’t state you can throw it out the window to increase glide distance over water in the event of fuel exhaustion.

 

I can see their appeal. Terrible name though, especially for divers and flyers. Why not "Sinker" or "Dead Weight"?

 

I think Trafalgar is a good name for these watches.

 

Similar to other micro brands that have mediocre offerings below $1000. This design doesn't do much for me personally. In fact, I just scrolled through their web page and didn't see anything that stood out. It may be fine for a certain person, just not my style.

 

Yeh i get you, not everyone's cup of tea but i do like them.

 

I prefer to use Invictas or even Diesel watches for ballast. Thanks to their proportions, I don't have to carry around quite so many of them.

I can't get past the name Ballast.

Might as well call that model the "Bilge".

 

I Think Ballast Trafalgar is quite a good name! But i can kind of gather some don't like the name.

Would definitely like to see more Chinese space watches.

 

I've had a fascination with this watch/brand ever since finding out about the unique bezel system. Not sure it's technically feasible, but I'm awaiting the day when they deploy it in a more wearable watch design.

 

I like the watch, they remind me of Ball watches but more industrial. The thing looks too big for me but it's an original design which is always a breath of fresh air.
