Have a bezel insert in the skx that does not look like it belongs on a $5 watch...and yes I know they are easy to change (I did...I had to since I just couldn't stand the stock insert).

I've only got one Seiko divers, a solar model (SNE109P1) - and what would make it perfect for me, is atomic clock sync, like Casio's multiband 6 tech. Then it would be perfect, and probably never off my wrist.

My divers already have it, but drilled lugs should be standard across all divers regardless of brand.

I don't own any kinetics at the moment, but I likely would if they were just battery powered quartz (a la sawtooth or tuna) or solar instead of kinetic. The crazy part is Seiko did this in the past but stopped, the vintage battery powered SKX007/009 looking watches even had matching lume on the hands and dial, white outlined hands, AND perfect alignment - imagine that!

Beat me to it. If I could only change ONE thing: Sapphire. If TWO things: Sapphire AND bezel/chapter ring alignment, LOL.
If they could just sort out the damn chapter ring alignment, I'd be happy to live with hardlex.

The divers with applied indices (like Sumo/Shogun/MM300) should absolutely have applied indices around the date window. The white painted square around the date looks crummy.
