Which brand resonates with you most and seems to never land short in bringing a special product or design out?

(P.S How do I change my username lol?)

Would never guess that from your profile name ;)

I will go Grand on Seiko, GS for me. The only one I have two of, and do not see cutting. Maybe even add a third one for a red dial. Love the finishing and dial textures they do - which is a big draw for me to buy.

Panerai.

Love the history, the older generation models, and the latest models.

Just the Due is not for me.

There is a certain je ne sais quoi about Panerai that is hard to explain to non owners.

Tissot. Because I cannot, or am unwilling to, afford an Omega. I sorta have them linked as in the old days. I know that isn’t quite accurate. :)

Orient is my fave too. I have a handful of them, all I love dearly. Great auto divers with great details for the $ and I love finding the weird old models as well. There are some really interesting designs and features on the vintage models and you can't beat the price point. Great for entry level collectors or experienced watch nuts.

Which brand (...) seems to never land short in bringing a special product or design out?
Those are two different questions and not necessarily related..

My favorite watch brand is Genesis, simply because Christine Genesis is a super charming person and I really like her watches.

As for the second question, I don't have any brand I could point out. I don't really care much for brands to be honest. Hublot is certainly one I respect a lot for what they do and their bold designs, but then again I could say something similar about Breguet, ALS, PP, AP, Panerai, even Tag Heuer..

Ball--no secret there--I appreciate that they are a bit under the radar, make a good watch for the price, are reliable and robust, and are more associated with the working class than the leisure sector--all that, and their roots to the past, the railroads, and so forth--my interest in watches began with a pocket watch handed down in the family through five generations, beginning with my great grandfather, and then my grandfather--both of whom spent a combined 65 years in railroad careers.

Most of the working class blokes I know wouldn't spend that much on a car, let alone a watch ;)

I find this really hard, but have it down to two. I think Steinhart are amazing watches for what you pay, as are Borealis. Sorry, I just can't make my mind up between the two.

I would also mention that my mind may be swayed if I had more more experience of other brands I already own. For example, Obris Morgan, RLG, Nodus, and Zelos. I only own one of each of those brands, but may have chosen any of them if I had owned two or more.

-I don't have a large collection, nor do I have a ton of experience in a specific brand. As of now though...I'd have to say Omega. They just make gorgeous watches imo. My next watch purchase is going to be an Aqua Terra. I appreciate the tech they associate w/ their movements and such, as well as their modern designs ect

Rolex or Omega.... it varies from day to day... and only their divers. I’m not fussed about anything else they do.

Out of my collection I have the most in Breitling. That number is kind of skewed though as I have 6 SOH I & II 42 in different coloration's and a 11 Breitling's in total. The 2nd most are Tudor's with 6. The rest of the collection is spread out over many brands but if it came down to my overall favorite brand in the collection it would be my two Rolex. I would own more if I could get my hands on the ones I wanted. good luck

It used to be Rolex for me, back when you could walk in to an AD and get almost anything that day. I love the durability and classic styling. Accuracy and reliability are both extremely important.

Now though I think Omega has become my favorite as they offer the same advantages, but you can still actually buy them.
I love the Rolex dive watches but passionately hate the bullsh*t that seems to go with them now.

This is probably going to be out of the box compared to the other opinions on here, but if we're talking mainstream brand my favorite is Casio. They just manage to walk this perfect line of quality, technology, and unique designs. And yeah, they only make quartz, but I prefer my mechanical watches from micro brands anyway.
I endorse this. You get the options of different channels of Casio as well.
Casio
Casio Lineage
Casio Edifice
Casio G Shock
Casio Protrek
Casio Oceanus

Mounds of innovation, tough as nails watches, ridiculously affordable, and when you get into some of the Oceanus stuff, the fit and finish are equally as unbelievable.

Another vote for Seiko. Love my GS, but I'm finding myself more and more drawn to Seiko's SLA and LX offerings of the past few years.
