Looks like you have about a 6.5”-ish wrist? Me too and I wear an SNK on a nato as my work beater and I’ve been wearing my SRPD basically all other times.
I purchased my SRPD on the Seiko nato and it made the watch sit much too high off my wrist but when I swapped in a Barton rubber strap - chef’s kiss! Just love the thing and it fits/looks amazing. Give it a try - Seiko has a knack for making watches wear smaller than they are.
No problem for you with any skx, their lug to lug distance is not big, so very suitable to not so large wrists. One of most comfortable diver cases.
Two comparison pics in my wrist:
I have several SRPD's and as stated above, the band or bracelet choice can make a huge difference. For smaller wrist I would suggest a Uncle Seiko curved end tropic or waffle band or Strapcode Beads of Rice (BoR) or Jubilee bracelet. The curved end rubber removes the gap and makes the watch look smaller than it is. The Strapcodes are on thinner sidesand more flexible links again giving the watch appearance of being smaller.
It will be OK, i have a Sports 5 SRPD73K1 with milanese strap and it's just fine, my wrist does not seem to be bigger than yours, so go for it if you like them, it does wear smaller i would say.
