Have both brands. Each offers its own benefits, IMHO.

No bad choices. Get what you like best and enjoy it.

 

The white Mido - easy choice.
A Hamilton Pan Europ would have made it a harder choice.

 

You set yourself up for success, nice choices there. Mido would be my choice.

Both brands are Swatch group members, at similar levels, so quality should be very similar - try all three on your wrist and select the one you like most.

 

If you go with the LE, parts may be harder to get 20 years down the road. Sure these are likely only cosmetic parts, but there are fewer LE as production is limited….

 

The Multifort, I love the aesthetics of dual subdial watches

 

Mido Multifort for me!

 

I like both brands, and both brands fall under the Swatch Group umbrella, but I think Mido is a slight step above Hamilton in fit and finish. Either way you can’t go wrong though, so get what you like

 

All three would be a great choice. My only suggestion would be to pick the one that wears the most comfortable on your wrists. After all, you will be the one wearing it and not us.

 

They are different enough that you could have all three in your collection.

White Mido is more pleasing to the eyes.

 

While I definitely agree with most of u about the Mido being a bit more pleasing to the eye. I went with the Hamilton! I never had a GMT watch before and the limited edition aspect got me. I also have a Longines hydroconquest chronograph, so I was leaning towards a complication I didn’t have.

Here it is on my wrist, I was afraid the 46mm size would be too big but I got wide wrists and it fits very comfortably! Thanks all!

Beautiful watch! I may have to go back for it. The store even had an extra 10% off for Mido, I think that piece would've been 900-1k including taxes. But for now, I'm loving my new Hamilton! Here's another close up!

 

How big is the Mido? I feel mido might look bigger than Hamilton. I will take the hamilton. But just my opinion.

Not super big but on the thicker side.

 

i find the Mido commanders to wear large. i tried a Commander Big date and man was it big. small bezel, almost all dial.
